Pedro Piedade Miguel, architect from the Faculty of Architecture of UTL, Lisbon, with the distinction of best grade average and the prize for best project student, has played active role as a researcher / lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture of UTL Lisbon, the discipline of Project for four years.

Continued his training through a Masters in contemporary architectural culture, a post-graduate degree in Design and Management at Airports ISEC, a post-graduate degree in "Airport Planning and Environmental Policy" by Loughbourogh University, and of course "Technologies in Architecture" the Order of Architects, among others.

Architect and Project Manager, provides services to several national and international entities, including ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, SA. Since then, has developed the design and coordination of studies and projects of airport infrastructure, including the Civil Lajes Passenger Terminal, the expansion of Ponta Delgada’s Airport Terminal, a study for the buildings of Beja Airport, the Control Tower for Oporto’s Airport, and several studies for future investments.

Develops business research, analysis and proposals for investments in Portugal, France,  Spain and Angola. Those investments usually lead to the respective design, promotion and construction. Of notice, among them, should be mentioned several office buildings in the historic district of Setubal, shop / office Arenor in Seville, Expansion of Private Hospital of Lisbon, in the area of ​​trade, the store network Remax in the area of large office buildings, Factory Production of Biomass Energy, the Center for High Performance Sport in Angola and the Thematic Park in Cadaval.

Simultaneously, he is a Violinist. Has been playing since the age of six, later becoming a member of several orchestras and presented regularly in concert with the quartet “ACORDE” as a soloist.

Developing an extensive experience in airport design and heritage restoration, has been active in both project development and construction.

This journey was enriched by a long path in the world of music through classical violin, photography, and martial arts.

Over time, these disciplines — each rooted in structure, rhythm, and expression — revealed an important interconnection and enrichment between one another.

Photography, in particular, has become a bridge between architectural vision and artistic sensibility, allowing to explore space, light, and emotion in new and meaningful ways.
